# How to find your machine ID?


1. Open NinjaTrader on your computer.

2. Navigate to the ***Help*** menu at the top of the NinjaTrader platform.

3. In the ***Help*** menu, select the ***About*** option.

4. In the ***About*** window, look for the section labeled ***License Information*** or similar.

5. Your machine ID should be listed in this section. It’s often labeled as ***Machine ID*** or ***Hardware ID.***
